| The Girl Who Leapt Through Time |
Seventeen year old Makoto Konno accidentally acquired a gift to time travel. She was supposed to die and hit by a train when she suddenly triggered that ability which saves her life.
Having known that ability, she uses it to prevent any undesirable events to happen in her life which constantly changes her future and as well as her friends.
Thus, she must now face and accept the consequences of changing one's future and discover the truth about her ability.
Impression:
I really enjoyed watching this, for me, it was a complete mix of all that I am looking for in an anime. The artwork is simple, yet very neat and clean, the background was well thought of and a food for the eye and it was not confusing even though there's a lot of time leaping going on. The Drama was also just right and can be an inspiration and a lesson at the same time.
Absolutely, Madhouse has yet done another great movie! a must watch for all of those who wants a simple yet awesome story.
