Synopsis:
Bakemonogatari centers on Koyomi Araragi, a third year high school
Student who had been cured after being turned into a vampire, who later meets
Hitagi Senjohara, a girl who barely talks to anyone, and accidentally uncovers
her secret, a supernatural sickness. He then took her to Meme Oshino, a
mysterious man who lived on an abandoned building, who then helped her cure her
sickness.
Having the two of them experiencing supernatural, she then
became close to Araragi and thus, the start of their encounters with different
supernatural beings and their strange comedic romance.
Impression:
What?! And OOH!! – This was my reaction when watching this
anime, Seems strange at first but after 1-2 episodes everything seems to be
going smoothly except for the dialogue that seems to be like a car race. But if you
manage to not get confused about that, the dialogues really does have sense and
will make you understand more about the whole story.
The Artwork, on the other hand, is very original for me, and
everything seems to be neat and in CG. You can see no extra people walking
around, just the main characters, which I think is great, like you are being
told to just focus on the main character and the whole plot.
The Music, for me, is really great and can blend well with
each setting. The Opening and Ending song are must download!
Overall, with its unique style, a mix of comedy, odd romance
and mystery, I can say that watching this would certainly be not a waste of
time and will keep you entertain and wonder at the same time.
